I live in a windy sea side location and the covers holds in place and wont fly off. Looks stylish and fits like a glove. I rated it the best because it does exactly what it is supposed to do. If there is anything better out there other than a garage I haven't seen it. Like everything else, it takes using it a couple of times to get it figured out, now I can get it on and off the bike in a couple of minutes.
So far it has protected the bike through several wet and windy days. Love my new cover. Made it through a heavy wind and rain storm this past weekend. Wished I would of waited another week to purchase. Could of saved some cash for beer money.
I bought this cover as we are planning to travel with the bike and need a cover that stays on overnight. As long as you keep the Ural logo on the left side of the bike away from car the cover is easy to put on in the proper orientation and fits over my windscreen without issue.
The elastic bottom makes certain it will not blow off due to wind. So far so go, it's a bit pricey but so far it's worth the expense. Fit is really good. The elastic in the bottom is strong enough to keep the cover nice and tight.
The quality and workmanship on the seams is top-notch! Here in Central Texas the sun destroys most covers in a year or so - time will tell as I plan on using this cover year round when not riding. This cove fits quite snug, I found it fit best by turning my handlebar to the right which brought the left mirror closer to the body.
It's got a rough ride and you really shouldn't go faster than The bike will do 88 miles per hour, but I wouldn't recommend it, alone or with a passenger.
Even at low speeds, if you're on a particularly rough road, you and your spine are going to feel it. Riding it in town and along meandering backroads? Riding it on the freeway? That's the nature of the bike itself.
Add the rapid discharging of batteries at high speed and going fast really isn't ideal. And yet, I really hope this bike does go into production. Ural says it'll make a decision "based on market research, consumer and industry experts' feedback" if it'll build this EV with a sidecar. If that pans out, it'll be two years of development before the bike is under the butts of riders.
But if it's half as fun as what I rode on a sunny weekday afternoon in Southern California, it'll be worth the wait. Sign up. Baldwin Sponsored Links.
